Christine Eberle came to yoga from the fitness world, and has been successfully running her Yoga for Stiff Guys program for the past 8 years. She knows the challenges of a stiff body and loves to see the transformation as yogis start their journey of self-discovery. Her approach to teaching yoga is light-hearted and fun!
